Hands-on learning

You will work on real projects right from the start. Your theoretical knowledge will flow directly into real-life challenges and turn your ideas into products which are used worldwide.

To begin with, inertial technology did not really appeal to me. However, when I found out just what the sensors and systems from LITEF have to be capable of doing, I was impressed. A practical semester delivers a host of advantages. Not just in terms of practical expertise but also in the more detailed insight I gained into the business and its inner workings. Also, with its flat hierarchies and the informal working atmosphere, I have the confidence to incorporate my own ideas.

During your apprenticeship at LITEF, you will be an equal team member with genuine responsibilities. Together with other apprentices, you’ll organise your own projects and experience how cutting-edge technology is created first hand.

Study at Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) and gain valuable work experience at LITEF at the same time. With three-month rotations between university and the company, you will apply your knowledge directly and solve actual technical challenges.

Write your bachelor’s or master’s thesis on an exciting topic in the field of inertial technology. At LITEF, you will work on pioneering questions which can have a directly influence on innovative products.

Dual study

In collaboration with the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) we offer dual studies in a variety of technical and commercial fields. The perfect combination: you will study at the university while gaining valuable work experience at LITEF at the same time. This way, you’re perfectly prepared for your future career.

Apprenticeship

During your apprenticeship at LITEF, you will be an equal member of the team from day one. You will have responsibility – but you will never be alone!
Materials management, human resources, finance or accounting, or sales: at LITEF, you can expect a wide range of interesting tasks. You will organise projects independently with your fellow trainees. A sense of team spirit is an important part of our training philosophy.
