Dekra
Northrop Grumman LITEF GmbH is certified by DEKRA and has established and effectively implemented a quality management system that complies with the specified standard (EN 9100:2018, based on ISO 9001:2015 and technically equivalent to AS 9100D and JISQ 9100:2016. The audit was performed in accordance with EN 9104-001:2013.
DNV ISO
Northrop Grumman LITEF is certified by DNV GL - Business Assurance for Data Center Services in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Information technology — Security procedures — Information security management systems — Requirements (certificate no. 190946-2015-AIS-GER-UKAS).
EASA
Northrop Grumman LITEF GmbH is authorised to conduct development activities in the context of ETSO authorisation in accordance with Part 21.A.606(a) by the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) (APDOA Approval Ref. AP234).
FAA
Northrop Grumman LITEF is authorised by the U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to operate an approved Repair Station in accordance with Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regualtions (14 CFR) parts 43 and 145 (Air Agency Certificate Number L9TY928N).
LBA manufacturing facility
Northrop Grumman LITEF GmbH is authorised by the German Civil Aviation Authority (LBA) to operate as a manufacturing facility with approval in accordance with Part-21, Main section A, Section G (File number: DE.21G.0104).
LBA maintenance organisation
LITEF GmbH is approved by the Germany Civil Aviation Authority (LBA) as a maintenance organisation in accordance with Part-145 (File number: DE.145.0114).
German Military Aviation Authority (LufABw)
Northrop Grumman LITEF GmbH holds approval as an approved aviation organisation to work on German military aircraft, as issued by the German Military Aviation Authority (LufABw) in acc. with section 30 (1) of German aviation legislation (LuftVG) in conjunction with no. 209 of the German armed forces [General Publication of the German armed forces] C1-275/2-8956 (authorisation no. LufABw-LTB-061-17 and attachement to the authorisation).
